Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

FRAGILE ITEMS
Our terrariums and glass products are carefully packaged with protective materials. In the rare event of damage during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your package using this number on the carrier's website.
